Refund policy
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us for a return or exchange within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will be in touch to arrange the rest. hello@holmco.uk
In Store Returns:
All purchases made in store are exchanged only within 2 weeks.
Please bring to the store with your receipt for an exchange or credit note.
For any damaged or faulty items we ask that you contact us within four weeks of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage and we recommend using a tracked or signed for method to ensure it arrives safely back with us.

We ask that you reuse the packaging received when possible and wrap the item as it was when received to ensure it's safe return.
